Harnack inequalities and Hölder estimates for fully nonlinear integral equations with weak scaling conditions

A talk in the Nonlocal Equations: Analysis and Numerics 2023 series by
Shuhei Kitano from Waseda

Abstract: In this talk I will first review the recent advancement of the regularity theory of fully nonlinear integral equations with measurable coefficients. I will then present Harnack inequalities and Hölder estimates under weak scaling conditions, as first explored by Grzywny and Szczypkowski (2019) for non-symmetric integral equations with continuous coefficients. Additionally, I will demonstrate various examples of integral equations that do or do not satisfy our assumptions and construct harmonic functions for which the Harnack inequality fails.
