In this talk we will discuss an eigenvalue problem associated with fractional Poincare-Sobolev inequalities. This problem has been studied already by Franzina and Licheri. In the sub-linear case of the problem isolation has been established for bounded $C^{1,1}$ domains. We will give another proof allowing for less regular domains.
