We construct finite time blow-up solutions to the parabolic-elliptic Keller-Segel system in 3 and 4 dimensions, and derive the final blowup profile. This answers a long-standing conjecture by by Brenner, Constantin, Kadanoff, Schenkel, and Venkataramani (Nonlinearity, 1999).
