Homogenization of Steklov sieve spectral problem

The talk will focus on homogenization of Steklov type spectral problem
for the Laplace operator in a bounded domain with a thin periodically perforated interface.
Assuming that the Steklov boundary condition is imposed on the perforation surface, we will
construct the effective spectral problem and justify the convergence of eigenpairs.
